Shipping and Delivery
Shipping:
All shipping is based on your location and order value and will auto calculate at checkout. We use a variety of carriers to ensure fast delivery such as UPS and USPS.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in 1-5 business days unless otherwise noted in product descriptions. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been sent. All shipping times are estimates given by the shipping carriers, please allow for potential delays within their network.
*Lone Rider Ranch is not responsible for any issues related to logistics, delays, or other matters that may arise during transportation of your order by our shipping carriers. Any concerns or problems related to the shipping process should be addressed directly with the respective carrier.
For Canada Orders:
Please be aware that receiver may need to pay an “import” fee upon delivery.
Returns:
Our return policy is valid for 7 days upon delivery. Items received more than 7 days ago are no longer eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please note that all headwear sales are final.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unworn, unwashed, and in it's original package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will begin to process your return or exchange.
